We were so excited to hear about Donald's TV Services. Fantasizing on the fact that we now could watch English TV. Oh my heart be still ... Donald came as promised and installed our savior, The Android Box! The heavens parted as we watched our beloved TV for the first time in over a decade here in Ajijic!
Before Donald left he told us to write down our questions and just simply email them to him. Of course we had questions. After all we are seniors with seniors memories. Ok, enough said about that. Donald patiently explained things again and we were off and running, so to speak. Donald has been there for any questions or any issues. He even added a custom search engine for us! He is customer service oriented and responds quickly to our emails. He even does his "house calls" on Sunday. I would most definitely recommend Donald's Company. We could not be happier with his services. He truly wants his customers to be happy with his product!
I have had this TV streaming for about 3 months and I could not be more pleased. Not only do I get many channels, but I have the pick of so many movies. I have only had a few minor problems and I called Donald. It was remedied within a few days. The set up cost and monthly fee is very good...in fact, the best in this area.

We cancelled our (Telecable) service and gleefully returned their equipment last week. We're THRILLED with the new box we bought from Donald Stordahl. I have cancelled my Netflix and HBO subscriptions as well. Felt GREAT!
